I do UX by instilling clarity into complex topics. Along that way, I seek to understand the full picture before redesigning with contextual awareness. I listen to others and reframe problems. And I foster collaboration to develop new approaches and frameworks.
I believe that UX is predominantly about curiosity: to think beyond the single screen and openly approach people and the environment they act in.
I don’t shy away from naming risks and advocating for the user – after all, design is not neutral ↗ and every design decision incorporates values.
Aside UX, I pitch my tent in remote locations in the summer, ride down mountains in winter, and drink far too much coffee in between.
